Qualifications-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development or in a related field.
  • Preferred Certifications: SHRM, DISC, Gallup Strengths, Change Management, emotional intelligence, accountability, recognition, and crucial conversations.
  • 5 – 8+ years of relevant, professional work experience.
  • 3 – 5+ years of related experience in the learning and development field, with strong development/design emphasis.
  • Healthcare or Insurance Industry experience; preferred.
  • Expertise in defined areas of training responsibility and other areas – management/leadership development; organizational development; clinical education; sales/marketing; systems implementation and upgrades.
  • Experience using and developing HR metrics, managing data, verifying data, and conducting data analyses.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methods; program management; curriculum development and evaluative methodology.
  • Experience with strong group facilitation: in classrooms, meetings, virtually, in workgroups, and in brainstorming sessions.
  • Knowledge of performance consulting, needs assessment, change management and program evaluation.
  • Must possess self-motivation to add value and make a positive impact to the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities; superior analytical skills; and attention to detail.
  • Passionate and dynamic individual, with a proven track record of harmonizing strategy, programs and experiences, and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Knowledge of leading practices, policies, processes and evaluation tools in culture and talent development and a passion for learning to stay current on these topics.
  • Self-starter who uses profile, relationships, and institutional knowledge to engage the right people to affect the right outcomes.
  • Ability to bring challenging topics to the table in a constructive way and engage stakeholders in coming up with viable impactful solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audiences.
