Summary of Position

• Provide project management support for programming initiatives and other department projects.
• Assist in the planning, development and implementation of virtual and in-person programming initiatives, as well as grantfunded programming and signature events across all Neighborhood Care locations.
• Collaborate with Neighborhood Care leadership team to implement projects and support daily operations of the department.
• Responsible for the timely execution of projects and initiatives

Role and Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Neighborhood Care (NC) leadership team in the planning, development, and implementation of programming initiatives, including virtual and in-person classes and events, grant-funded programming, and signature events across all Neighborhood Care locations.
• Collaborate on the creation and implementation of special projects across Neighborhood Care locations, including event and community-related engagement activities. Provide technical and subject matter expertise input into the development and implementation of departmental initiatives.
• Support marketing and engagement tactics and activities, including consulting on digital and print materials, across all Neighborhood Care locations, working directly with marketing partners.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on the planning, development and implementation of operational processes, policies and workflows at NC, ensuring adherence to processes and policies across all Neighborhood Care locations.
• Analyze and identify areas for process improvements; provide recommendations where appropriate.
• Perform other projects as assigned; prepare ad-hoc requests, time sensitive projects and general requests.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirement
• 3 – 5+ years of relevant, professional work experience required
• Health plan marketing experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audiences required
• Advanced proficiency MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) required
• Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud products, including events management preferred
• Proficiency in Monday.com platform preferred
• Experience working in digital platforms and managing digital products preferred
• Leadership and influencing skills with ability build strong relationships and use resources effectively required
• Ability to understand and interpret key business metrics relevant to role required
• Ability to grasp complex business and health plan initiatives required
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction on multiple endeavors at once required
• Embodies Community Care’s mission to improve outcomes and member/guest’s experiences required
