Summary of Position
- Responsible for execution of our organization-wide talent and performance management program(s).
- Provide project management, coordination, delivery of talent lifecycle offerings and initiatives.
- Work with business partners to design, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate workplace performance solutions related to internal client groups (training consultation, conducting business needs analyses, organizational design, project planning, and managing of pipeline programs, etc.).
- Develop HR metrics, manage data, verify data, and conduct data analyses.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable talent development solutions.
- Design and deliver workforce planning solutions, using appropriate tools (including self-service) and techniques to meet specific business partner and organizational needs.
- Develop tools and materials; facilitate leadership development, coaching, etc.
- Provide talent development thought leadership for various talent segments (employees, leaders, senior executives).
- May be responsible for one or more of the following: goal setting, intro periods, mid-year, and year-end.
- Research, design and execute employee-centric processes and programs that span across the employee life cycle.
- Serve as Project Manager or lead strategic organizational development (OD) initiatives – may include initial assessment work, creating and implementing OD strategies across the enterprise and monitoring results.
- Analyze and monitor workforce data; gather and analyze data to produce reports to illustrate progress, ROI, parity, creating and launching appropriate surveys; use benchmarking and data to assist with planning and decision making.
- Apply data-driven approach to improve talent development offerings that ensure consistent and relevant alignment to our business goals.
- Complete needs analysis and consultations for internal business groups in alignment with the LOBs, HRBP’s, and Performance Management to ensure optimal learning solutions and metrics for success are identified.
- Optimize Oracle goal-setting/performance module to create new, turn-key solutions that ensure a smooth and easy talent development experience.
- Perform other related tasks as directed or required.

Qualifications
Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources and organizational development or in a related field.
- HR related certifications preferred (SHRM, DISC, Gallup Strengths, Change Management, emotional intelligence, accountability, recognition, and crucial conversations, etc.).
Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5 – 8+ years of relevant, professional work experience. (R)
- 3 – 5+ years of related experience in the learning and development field, with strong development/design emphasis. (R)
- Healthcare or Insurance Industry experience. (P)
- Expertise in defined areas of training responsibility and other areas – management/leadership development; organizational development; clinical education; sales/marketing; systems implementation and upgrades. (R)
- Experience using and developing HR metrics, managing data, verifying data, and conducting data analyses. (R)
- Knowledge of adult learning methods; program management; curriculum development and evaluative methodology. (R)
- Strong experience with group facilitation in classrooms, meetings, virtually, in workgroups, and in brainstorming sessions. (R)
- Knowledge of performance consulting, needs assessment, change management and program evaluation. (R)
- Must possess self-motivation to add value and make a positive impact to the organization. (R)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities; superior analytical skills; and attention to detail. (R)
- Passionate and dynamic individual, with a proven track record of harmonizing strategy, programs and experiences, and ability to influence at all levels. (R)
- Knowledge of leading practices, policies, processes and evaluation tools in culture and talent development and a passion for learning to stay current on these topics. (R)
- Self-starter who uses profile, relationships, and institutional knowledge to engage the right people to affect the right outcomes. (R)
- Ability to bring challenging topics to the table in a constructive way and engage stakeholders in coming up with viable impactful solutions. (R)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). (R)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audiences. (R)
