Manage and drive EmblemHealth’s, ConnectiCare’s and AdvantageCare Physicians’ in-house social media team, designing the overall enterprise social strategy and weaving each brand story across our different social media platforms. Manage the strategies for and develop and execute organic and paid campaigns for social channels under the direction of department leadership. Build Enterprise digital content strategies across online platforms, working with team to strategize and develop blog content  for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Ensure consistency across traditional and digital marketing channels by leading Enterprise in-house social media team.
  • Develop and set annual Enterprise social media strategy for EmblemHealth, AdvantageCare Physicians and ConnectiCare with support from social media team.
  • Work with internal and external partners to identify goals and building social media campaigns that deliver on KPIs.
  • Oversee go-to social campaign strategies, planning and reporting for all social campaign tactics and assets; socialize results among company leadership, including monthly reporting, department-wide dashboards and campaign-specific reporting; manage social media budgets and media flowcharts.
  • Develop and deliver reporting and KPI’s for organic and paid initiatives; provide insights and reports to leadership; integrate reporting with teams for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Partner with Brand and Acquisition Teams to ensure social media strategy alignment on marketing campaigns (i.e.Open Enrollment, AEP, Office Openings, etc.).
  • Build Enterprise Social Media Competitive listening strategy and reports, partnering with Research and Insights Team on listening tools and processes; monitor content results to inform future content marketing campaigns.

Direct Report Management:

  • Provide hands-on guidance and leadership to the social media team; develop their skills and strategic thinking to ensure social media strategy, engagement and content tactics are on-brand and aligned with overall business goals.

Social Customer Service Management:

  • Provide guidance and collaborate with Customer Service on best practices to improve the customer experience on social media.
  • Lead implementation of new technology (e.g. Salesforce Social Customer Service).
  • Manage the social content management tool, service tool and creation of dashboards, macros and other escalation workflows; maintain relationship and partnership with Social Customer Service team.

Platform & Data Optimization:

  • Manage and optimize high-level social CRM processes and identify new tools and opportunities to improve social media marketing efforts. Lead implementation of new technology (e.g., Salesforce Social Studio).
  • Manage, determine best practices and work with Research & Insights and Digital Team for member data optimization to increase ROI on targeted member social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5 – 8 years of relevant, professional work experience (R)
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing, social media management and health care (R)
  • Strategic thinking, planning, organizing, prioritizing, time management skills (R)
  • Superior social media marketing skills, including writing, editing, branding, trend identification, content development, etc. (R)
  • Attention to detail; analytical and problem identification and resolution skills (R)
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex, simultaneous, high-visibility, deadline-oriented projects (R)
  • Demonstrated management skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (R)
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop, manage and motivate team members (R)
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles (R)
  • Experience in team management and identifying and fostering relationships (R)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audience (R)
