Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
  • Project Management Certification (PMI) preferred
  • 4 – 6 years of relevant, professional work experience required
  • 2 – 3 years of sales reporting/analysis experience, preferably in a healthcare provider environment required
  • Additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
  • Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business required
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) required
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing multiple, simultaneous projects required
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines required
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) required
  • Understanding of indices, data and analytical fundamentals, returns level data, etc. required
  • Experience with data analysis – must have proficiency with Sharepoint, Microsoft Excel required
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and updates required
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audience required
  • Detail oriented; analytical and problem identification and resolution skills required
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence management decisions required
