Senior Marketplace Enrollment Analyst (Hybrid)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
- Project Management Certification (PMI) preferred
- 4 – 6 years of relevant, professional work experience required
- 2 – 3 years of sales reporting/analysis experience, preferably in a healthcare provider environment required
- Additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
- Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business required
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) required
- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing multiple, simultaneous projects required
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines required
- Strong relationship building and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) required
- Understanding of indices, data and analytical fundamentals, returns level data, etc. required
- Experience with data analysis – must have proficiency with Sharepoint, Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and updates required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audience required
- Detail oriented; analytical and problem identification and resolution skills required
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence management decisions required
