Senior Audit & Reporting Specialist
Qualifications:
- 4 – 6 years of relevant professional work experience. Required.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in Healthcare industry and CMS audits. Required.
- Knowledge of Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Required.
- Experience in a PBM or Managed Healthcare setting; and working with Medicare Part D. Preferred.
- Understanding of financial concepts, claims processing concepts and knowledge of healthcare operating systems. Preferred.
- Experience in data analytics; ability to perform complex calculations and solve problems. Required.
- Strong expertise with MS Office tools (including Access and Excel). Required.
- Experience in Reporting/Business Intelligence; SAS or Oracle/SQL queries Preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, with the ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues. Required.
- Outstanding quantitative, verbal, written, logic, and analytical skills. Required.
- Ability to design and execute quality controls and testing procedures. Required.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills and attention to details. Required.
- Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills. Required.
- Ability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritize urgent issues effectively and follow-through on time-sensitive project deadlines. Required.
