Qualifications:

  • 4 – 6 years of relevant professional work experience. Required.
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in Healthcare industry and CMS audits. Required.
  • Knowledge of Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Required.
  • Experience in a PBM or Managed Healthcare setting; and working with Medicare Part D. Preferred.
  • Understanding of financial concepts, claims processing concepts and knowledge of healthcare operating systems. Preferred.
  • Experience in data analytics; ability to perform complex calculations and solve problems. Required.
  • Strong expertise with MS Office tools (including Access and Excel). Required.
  • Experience in Reporting/Business Intelligence; SAS or Oracle/SQL queries Preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues. Required.
  • Outstanding quantitative, verbal, written, logic, and analytical skills. Required.
  • Ability to design and execute quality controls and testing procedures. Required.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills and attention to details. Required.
  • Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills. Required.
  • Ability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritize urgent issues effectively and follow-through on time-sensitive project deadlines. Required.
