Salesforce Product Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 – 8+ years of relevant, professional work experience (R)
- Prior health plan industry experience (R)
- Additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements (R)
- Health plan functional and technical domain expertise (R)
- Experience with Salesforce as a healthcare management platform (P)
- Experience in staff and process management, in positions with a history of increasing responsibility (R)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills and MS Access (R)
- Sound judgment, decision-making, organizational, analytical, logical structuring, and problem-solving skills (R)
- Strong executive presence, leadership, and management skills (R)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, influencing and persuading) (R)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision and in a matrix organization (R)
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team (R)
- Ability to challenge the status quo and serve as a change agent to drive the business and technology transformation (R)
