Manage and drive day to day activities and deliverables for the Account Management team. Drive project execution end to end by defining and managing project scope, delegating responsibilities, establishing timelines and following projects through to completion. Report progress, risks and issues throughout projects to the Leadership team. Identify resource needs, develop and create presentations for internal and external partners. Drive reporting and analysis across all lines of business.  Manage all PPM’s for the team.


  • Provide hands-on project management functions and engage leadership and key stakeholders through all project phases; facilitate project meetings, provide up-to-date and candid status updates, as well as ensure visibility and availability of project information
  • Provide principle coordination of client projects between IT, EPMO and Operations.
  • Identify, assess and monitor risks and make mitigation strategy recommendations; identify critical resource needs and negotiate with functional managers to ensure sufficient resource allocation to the project in order to maximize projects’ progress in accordance with agreed upon scope and timeframes.
  • Interact with internal and external partners in putting together project details and delivery of completed project data; attend external client meetings to facilitate flow of information between all parties
  • Drive all Account Management reporting across multiple lines of business. 
  • Ensure that all records are updated accordingly; renewals and client visits are documented and reported accurately. 
  • Collaborate with leadership on areas that are not meeting expectations; and to work with sales groups to develop and maintain customized reporting SalesForce and Tableau reporting packages.
  • Maintain and update monthly group retention reporting packages based on individual and team book of business.
  • Collaborate with Wellspark team in development of customized programs. 
  • Ensure tracking is completely timely for Wellspark activity to ensure accurate wellness dollars, implementation meetings, reimbursements, etc. are reflected.
  • Manage and drive day to day activities and deliverables for the Account Management team. 
  • Coordinate training sessions for internal and external partners.  Ensure all materials, IT requests, presentations are prepared and approved by leadership.
  • Research, develop, and implement the usage of appropriate metrics, analytics, and tracking mechanisms to ensure the proper flow of information as well as the updating of process results for each area.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
  • 5-8 years of business experience, preferably in the Health Insurance industry 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Database required
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and to guide projects through completion
  • Ability to build, lead and motivate multiple cross-functional project teams simultaneously & ascertain priorities and risks 
  • Ability to cultivate, maintain, and enhance internal and external working relationships; and to negotiate and facilitate discussions, at all levels of the organization 
  • Time management/organizational skills; ability to develop comprehensive, integrated and realistic project plans
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
