Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 – 8+ years of relevant professional work experience. (R)
  • Business analysis/project management experience. (P)
  • Additional years of experience/specialized training/certification may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. (R)
  • Experience with SalesForce. (P)
  • Proven deep understanding of the individual and small group market, the needs of brokers, and the means by which to effectively position the company and products in order to stand out from the competition. (R)
  • Strong MS Office software including Word, with a mastery of Excel, and PowerPoint. (R)
  • Proven ability to gather, interpret, analyze, and present information effectively. (R)
  • Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) skills. (R)
  • Exceptional customer service orientation. (R)
  • Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. (R)
  • Ability to effectively interact with all types and levels of groups/audiences. (R)
