Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development strongly preferred
3 - 5 years of professional work experience in Human Resources required
Experience in recruitment, metrics reporting, and consultative collaboration required
HRIS experience, including with the recruiting module/function and query utilization required
Demonstrated proficiency with sourcing/search/recruitment web sites and tools required
Proficiency in MS Office (word processing, spreadsheet/database, presentation, Outlook) – test will be administered required
Ability to analyze data and create and manipulate reports/worksheets required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate results required
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, to work across organizational boundaries to achieve shared goals, and to leverage the expertise and information of others required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas in a clear, well-organized and analytically sound manner required
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision under conditions of high volume requirements required
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment required
Discretion in dealing with confidential information required
Ability to deal with difficult situations, solve problems and think through tasks required
Ability to meet deadlines and possess strong follow-up skills required
