Project Manager
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or related field

(PMI) Project Management certification is preferred
-
5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a healthcare environment required
-
Prior experience working with senior leaders and in a fast paced, changing environment preferred
-
Demonstrated ability to lead team members and manage multiple, results-orientated projects/tasks simultaneously required
-
Working knowledge of program/project management required

Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external clients building strong relationships required

Outstanding attention to detail, organizing, prioritizing, time management and multitasking skills; with the ability to set priorities to meet all deadlines required

Strategic and analytical thinker who also knows how to put business plans under the vision, set and deliver on business goals, and measure against goals; ability to ‘connect the dots’ and see how large and small details fit into, and impact, projects required

Proficient in MS Office applications (word processing, database/spreadsheet, presentation, org chart/flowchart) required

Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation), and the ability to articulate clearly and simply to all types and levels of audiences; ability to negotiate and persuade in order to facilitate alignment of stakeholders required

Ability to deal with the ambiguity that sometimes comes from working cross-functionally and in a change organization required

Working knowledge of health insurance products and concepts, as well as how provider practices operate required

Executive presence and professional demeanor, proven track record of discretion and calm under pressure required
