Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; additional experience and/or specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.

Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 4 – 6 years of relevant, professional work experience. (R)
  • Additional years of experience/specialized training/certification may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. (R)
  • Attention to detail; strong organizational, time management, project management and prioritization skills. (R)
  • Experience with Excel and ability to analyze data and use data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau (R)
  • Background in Healthcare and/or DSNP Programs preferred (P)
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and relationship-building skills. (R)
  • Ability to engage and work autonomously with multiple internal and external stakeholders. (R)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects with conflicting deadlines and priority levels. (R)
