Marketing Operations Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required
- 2 - 3+ years of experience within a marketing or communications role incorporating and integrating various channels such as print and digital advertising; print collateral, web sites; e-mail (R)
- Familiarity with all marketing tactics, especially direct to consumer channels, as well as an ability to report out results and return on investments (R)
- Working knowledge of digital platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc), project management and collaboration tools, internet technologies, social media, SEO and SEM (R)
- Strong client-focused orientation and business relationship skills (R)
- Ability to act as a change agent; to operate with urgency; and to challenge the status quo (R)
- Ability to run results-orientated campaigns simultaneously across multiple products and corporate initiatives (R)
- Strong team player and self-starter (R)
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) (R)
- Detail orientation with strong organization and prioritization skills (R)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (R)
- Healthcare, Pharma, and or Insurance related industry experience (P)
