Support the development and execution of EmblemHealth’s brand marketing and advertising campaigns as well as the day-to-day operations of the brand marketing team through project management and administrative coordination. Create budget trackers, developing multi-phase project plans with accuracy and organization, including helping team members stay on track.


Project and Campaign Coordination

·       Support the planning, coordination, execution and tracking of EmblemHealth’s marketing campaigns, including aggregating feedback, scheduling meetings, coordinating internal reviews and approvals, and compiling decks for leadership and internal stakeholders.

·       Coordinate the communication of campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.

·       Partner with internal stakeholders (ie. Design Team, Communications Team, Acquisition Marketing) for project execution and maintain detailed project plans. Proactively follow up with partners as needed.

·       Support team members in building relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing projects and campaigns.

·       Facilitate the “hub and spoke” model of the Marketing and PR department by coordinating across teams, departments and agencies. Leverage productivity, project management and content management solutions (e.g., to develop and maintain holistic content calendars, project plans, and budget trackers.

·       Assist the continuity and evolution of the EmblemHealth brand by working with the brand manager to establish a regular cadence of refreshing brand assets, including co-branding guidelines, business cards, email signatures and marketing collateral. Monitor EmblemHealth’s branding inbox and respond to requests on correct logo usage, co-branding and other inquiries.

·       Aggregate team’s feedback on campaign deliverables, coordinating with internal partners (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Design) as needed. Submit campaign assets and deliverables for approval using EmblemHealth’s internal content management system.

·       Schedule internal and external meetings and maintain meeting minutes.

·       Responsible for coordinating campaign asset management, including tracking usage rights, maintaining a library of assets, and coordinating with production partners.

·       Assist new vendors with the onboarding process, including finance, asset transfer, IT access and scheduling meetings.

·       Maintain budget trackers and process invoices.

Campaign Tracking and Optimization

·       Partner with Digital Strategy Team to coordinate campaign landing pages and pixel tracking.

·       Update copy and finalize campaign landing pages.

·       Partner with Direct Marketing team, Digital Team and agency partners on campaign data tracking and optimization.

·       Contribute to written summaries and visual campaign metric dashboards.

·       Record campaign information in Campaign Manager tools to track and report analytics.




  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or business administration (internship experience is applicable).   
  • Strong project coordination and execution skills with relentless attention to detail on dozens of complex, simultaneous, high-visibility, deadline-oriented projects.  
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.  
  • Advertising/marketing campaign management experience required. 
  • Able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, required. 
  • Excellent time management.  
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, and managing budgets. 
  • Strong Excel skills required.
