Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • RN license (valid in NYS or CT)
  • 5 – 8+ years of relevant, professional work experience required
  • 5+ years’ managed care experience required
  • 3-5 years' experience managing staff
  • Proven track record of effectively managing staff, processes, and projects required
  • Additional years of experience/specialized training/certifications may be considered in lieu of educational requirements required
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) required
  • Ability to absorb and interpret information, and to effectively and concisely convey key concepts required
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; and attention to details required
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems; and to develop/recommend solutions and process improvements required
  • Excellent prioritizing and organizational skills required
