Lead Training Specialist, Claims
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- 4 – 6+ years of relevant professional work experience (Required)
- 2 – 3+ years of training design, development, and delivery experience in a virtual, classroom and large audience setting (Required)
- Additional years of experience and/or specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
- Knowledge of adult learning theory; experience with inclusive training methodologies (Required)
- Experience/proficiency with software application training; developing e-learning modules; using multimedia training resources; and delivering training in a production environment (Required)
- FACETS claims system knowledge (Preferred)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) (Required)
- Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, facilitation) with all audiences (Required)
- Must be a self-starter; ability to work independently (Required)
- Detail oriented; and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems (Required)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time, projects, resources, and multiple projects/tasks with competing deadlines (Required)
