Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline required
  • PMI-PBA or any related/equivalent certification required
  • PMP or advanced project/program management certification preferred
  • 10+ years related experience in a healthcare environment required
  • Experience in Business Process Modeling required
  • Strong leadership skills; and experience leading business analysts required
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration) with all types/levels of audiences required
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and drive discussions to desired/appropriate outcomes required
  • Strong critical thinking & analytical abilities; and planning/organizing skills required
  • Proven expertise working with Waterfall as well as Agile/Scrum methodologies required
  • Relevant experience with Trizetto Facets/CAE and Sales Force platforms preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously required
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities required
  • Experience leading the work of outsource partners (multi-supplier environment) preferred
