Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Video Production, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant, professional work experience required
  • 1 – 2 years of experience editing video required
  • Demonstrable portfolio with video production, editing, and associated work, representing film, editing, and sound work required
  • Knowledge of media technology & production standards; and experience in filming multimedia & video production required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite (Premiere Pro, After-Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office required
  • Must have experience troubleshooting PC and video equipment required
  • Comfortable working with abstract subject matter required
  • Ability to perform independently and collaboratively, and to take constructive feedback and explore multiple directions required
  • Ability to search for stock footage, B-Roll and other images; and to catalogue digital media, ensuring it is properly labeled, stored, media-managed and archived required
  • Ability to generate ideas, to transform creative ideas into reality, and to produce creative solutions to problems required
  • Excellent planning, organizing, budgeting, and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure required
  • Excellent team working and interpersonal skills, building relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally; and the ability to effectively interact and work well with all levels of staff, including corporate executives required
  • Working knowledge of After Effects required to create animations and motion graphics videos
  • Experience working with a green screen, and with 360 video and sound production preferred
