Responsible for organizing and implementing effective operations across various digital initiatives within the Marketing & Customer Experience group. Works closely with many stakeholders to develop and validate product requirements to support the launch, maintenance and continuous improvement of our digital platforms. Requires close collaboration with many teams in the company, careful attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently transition from project to project.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with business departments/enterprise entities to gather requirements and create stories for the development and maintenance of our digital platforms.
  • Support Communications team with content validation and document management for internal and external campaigns.
  • Create project plan, facilitate project meetings, ensure viability and availability of detailed requirements for new feature implementations.
  • Work closely with teams supporting offline transformation initiatives to ensure consistency with all relevant digital experiences.
  • Keep teams and deliverables on track by identifying, monitoring and communicating risks that may impact project timelines.
  • Document all process changes and improvements to support repository of team learnings.
  • Work with Marketing to define and analyze KPIs to help drive acquisitions and digital platform adoption rates.
  • Research and help implement improvements to the online user experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in digital or multichannel marketing)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, required
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Proficient in web content management systems, design tools and analytic platforms
  • Demonstrated project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong time management skills and ability to set priorities to meet all deadlines
  • Must be comfortable engaging with enterprise leadership, technology vendors and partners, and able to effectively communicate
