Develop, implement, and manage the activation of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. Responsible for managing, coordinating and driving all aspects of digital marketing campaign operations, having a primary goal of connecting digital marketing campaigns across the enterprise. Provide leadership on campaign journey/workflow design, campaign tactics, goals-setting, objectives, KPIs, and timing. Responsible for the management and coordination of digital-based marketing initiatives, campaigns, and campaign related assets including but not limited to: web, email, SEO, and social.
Manage key relationships with internal stakeholders’ and partner with operational teams within the organization, including product owners, brand ambassadors, marketing teams, corporate communications, copyeditors, creative, and QA team members. Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues to understand the entire customer journey ensuring each campaign is executed correctly, on-time and within allocated budgets.

Responsibilities:

Digital Programs/Initiatives:

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of go-to-market digital marketing initiatives and campaigns for the enterprise, across multiple communication channels.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders, preparing and gathering overall campaign requirements, assisting in defining campaign goals, KPIs, identifying campaign assets, and understanding the associated digital platforms requirements to successfully execute a digital marketing campaign; e.g. Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Marketing Automation) and Adobe Campaign and Social Media (Salesforce Social Studio).
  • Manage and own the campaign development lifecycle with the ability to build and document campaign journeys and or campaign workflows. Collaborate with outside agency partners and internal IT teams (as needed) to facilitate or report on initiatives. Schedule & lead internal stakeholder meetings, focusing on alignment and obtaining key decisions across programs.
  • Manage and own campaign review process and finalization w/ legal and stakeholder reviews to gain approvals of all final campaign deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop and communicate digital marketing activities, campaign calendar, campaign timelines, and campaign status,campaign results and provide program recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Reporting: 

  • Contribute to digital marketing program and campaign performance dashboards leveraging Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

Technology Knowledge/Acumen:

  • Review and understand the current technology marketing stack, staying up to date on new enhancements and available features within various marketing technology platforms. 

Competitive Landscape:

  • Review and understand the competitive marketplace to determine marketing and member/patient experience enhancement opportunities. 

Team & Department Evolution:

  • Integrate the Speak Human guidelines into all campaigns and deliverables, internally and externally.
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Adhere to team processes (workflow, development, approvals, QA) ensuring consistency and stability.
  • Contribute to integration efforts that ensure visibility and understanding of digital initiatives across our department.
  • Bring creativity, flexibility and a questioning approach to all work – reflecting the evolving nature of our workstreams and department


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (R)
  • MBA (marketing and or technology disciplines) (P)
  • 5 – 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) including Journey Builder journey creation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect integration management, Data Extensions, Cloud Pages and AI. (R)
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget development and implementations skills (R)
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Certified Email Specialist (R)
  • Healthcare, Pharma, and or Insurance related industry experience (P)
  • Strong client-focused orientation and business relationship skills (R)
  • Ability to act as a change agent; to operate with urgency; and to challenge the status quo (R)
  • Ability to run results-orientated campaigns simultaneously across multiple products and corporate initiatives (R)
  • Strong team player, leader, self-starter and positive catalyst who can manage and motivate the team (R)
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, including presentation (R)
  • Detail orientation with strong organization and prioritization skills (R)
  • Familiarity with all marketing tactics, especially direct to consumer channels, as well as an ability to report out results and return on investments (R)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (R)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise-level CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Campaign Workflow Management, and Journey
