Digital Designer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field required or bachelor Fine Arts in communications design
- 3- 5 years’ experience in positions directly responsible for digital marketing and design development required
- Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies required
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment required
- Experience working directly with developers to implement designs required
- Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, InDesign, etc. required
- Working knowledge of CSS, Java, and HTML. required
- Photo and video editing expertise preferred
- Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques required
- Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing required
- A good understanding of visual design principles required
- Proven digital content skills required
- Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences required
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities required
- Demonstrated project and time-management skills; ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines required
- Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation, interactive) to all types/levels of audiences required
- Ability to work with peers and leaders to distill needs and get to desired outcomes required
