Will be responsible for bringing to life the AdvantageCare Physicians brand, offerings and services across external and in-office communications. Primary focus will be on the development of patient education collateral, creation of materials to support key brand initiatives and aiding other marketing colleagues with creative content for their respective channels. 


Patient Education & Marketing Content Development:

  • Develop content to support the current and prospective patient understanding of the AdvantageCare Physicians positioning, offering, and services. Content include articles, emails/eblasts, printed and digital collateral, in-office posters and materials, internal communications, etc.

  • Work closely with ACPNY brand, operations, and strategic teams to address barriers to patient understanding, and help devise ways Marketing can resolve them. Participate in the development of communications about new initiatives to drive desired patient knowledge and behavior.

  • Be an initial reviewer/editor for content produced by other team members or external partners

  • Assist the brand and events teams in communications to support key initiatives (office openings, community events, seasonal campaigns).

  • Know and enforce brand/style guidelines and contribute to establishing new ones when needed.


Content Planning, Management & Tracking:

  • Be the driver and key accountable individual for ensuring all content completes a rigorous review/approval process, currently maintained in the platform.

  • Maintain ACPNY’s external facing e-mail calendar, which includes participating in annual content planning, mapping out timelines to ensure each tactic delivers according to deadline, and adjustments to accommodate changes or additions to original plan.

  • Be at-the-ready in team meetings to report on status of content-related projects, including early warnings of deadline risks and suggested interventions. Be a representative for Marketing as needed in organizational meetings 






Marketing Intelligence:
  • Maintain knowledge content trends among competitors to ensure we are in sync with industry standards but also establishing and maintaining differentiation.

  • Research and suggest opportunities for ACPNY to deliver its own point of view on health care and wellness topics.

  • Monitor the competitive and overall health care landscape/ trends and develop quarterly overviews for marketing and ACPNY leadership teams’ awareness.












  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Creative writing

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or creative writing positions (R)

  • Past experience in writing across multiple platforms/channels (R)

  • Creative writing samples to be provided (R)

  • Demonstrated project and time-management skills; ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines (R)

  • A strong communicator that can work with peers and leaders to distill needs and get to desired outcomes.(R)
