Contract Specialist, OEHC
Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Additional years of related experience may be used in lieu of Degree (R)
Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Two years of experience in a medical office preferably in an Occupational Health Clinic setting (R)
• Knowledge of and experience with Occupational medical terminology and medical office practices preferred (P)
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills. (R)
• Knowledge of and experience with relevant occupational health and safety federal and state regulations (R)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. (R)
• Ability to address and resolve conflict in a professional manner. (R)
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. (R)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment. (R)
• Must work well and productively under pressure. (R)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (R)
• Ability and willingness to travel to client work sites and between offices as needed to meet operational needs. (R)
