VP, Clinical Operations and Strategy
Qualifications:
Medical Degree/Behavioral Health degree
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing may be considered in lieu of clinical degree with additional experience/training
New York State MD/Behavioral Health/RN Licensure
12+ years of healthcare experience in positions of increasing complexity and authority
5 + years’ experience managing people and processes (enterprise-wide or in a large division)
5 years of managed care/insurance experience
Knowledge of regulations and coverage policy relating to Medicare and Medicaid
Knowledge and understanding of regulations and best practices related to Care Management
Ability to access, interpret, and synthesize data and information; and to effectively present information to all audiences
Effective communications skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, persuasion, negotiations) with all types and levels of audiences
Proficiency with MS Office (word processing, database/spreadsheet, presentation) required
