Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters’ degree preferred.
  • 12 – 15 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
  • Previous direct P&L accountability for a Medicare product line of business
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving annual revenue and profitability goals for a Medicare line of business
  • Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional organizations
  • Proven track record developing and implementing sales, marketing, and product development plans to meet profitability targets 
  • Demonstrated experience and success in managing through matrixed, complex organizations; ability to work collaboratively with various parties in defining and achieving common goals
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing marketing programs, including using analytics to drive marketing innovation and generating and executing creative ideas for government program market segments
  • Prior responsibility for establishing and maintaining relationships with CMS and other government agencies
  • Ability to communicate,persuade, convince, influence, and negotiate with all levels within and outside of the organization
