Summary:
Working in the underwriting services internship program, you get the experience to grow professionally and develop. Will also assist in identifying improvements to the company’s underwriting process.

Responsibilities:

 Assists with short-term projects and research in various areas of the back office. This could include research and documentation, creation of databases and/or reports, participating in ideation sessions, etc.-Learning and working within various systems, assisting underwriting team(s)

Computes Premiums

Provides ongoing communication with underwriting teams and agents

Audits policies and review submission requirements

Assists with work distribution

Participates in special projects as needed


Requirements:

Recent college graduate with major in mathematics, business or accounting required

Familiar with Microsoft Office required

Strong project leadership, communication and organization skills required
