Social Worker, LMSW/LCSW - Contract (Flushing, NY)
Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications
• Master’s in social work (LMSW)
Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 4 – 6+ years’ care management and/or managed care experience required
• Knowledge of community resources access required
• Prior health plan experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) required
• Detail oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills required
• Strong motivational interviewing skills required
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (word processing, database/spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail) required
• Willing to travel throughout Flushing, NY location as needed
• Bilingual English/Cantonese/Mandarin or any other Asian language preferred
