Qualifications:

  • BS in management, healthcare administration or related field (R)
  • Master’s degree in business management, healthcare or public administration (P)
  • 10+ years of industry-related experience (R)
  • Knowledge of provider payment models, quality measurement and network structures (R)
  • Demonstrated project management and project lifecycle experience (R)
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) (R)
  • Ability to manage multi-task operations/projects in a fast-paced changing environment (R)
  • Attention to detail; organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills (R)
  • Ability to manage time well between field and in-house days (R)
  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes (P)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) (R)
