Medicare Product Implementation Leader
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years of relevant, professional work experience, including 5+ years in government programs healthcare (R)
• Knowledge of the policies, procedures, contractual requirements and operation of Medicare programs (R)
• Knowledge of the demographic, geographic, cultural and socioeconomic composition of the senior markets (R)
• Strong problem structuring and solving skills – including data structuring, quantitative reasoning, and implementation (R)
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with internal customers at all levels (R)
• Exceptional communications skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal), with all levels/types of audiences (R)
• Entrepreneurial environment working experience; ability to drive results in legacy company while building relationships (R)
• A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment as well as independently (R)
• Strong attention to detail, prioritizing/organizing skills; ability to manage multiple projects to completion (R)
