Lead Health Coach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in health related field (e.g., Health Education, Wellness, Health Promotion, Nursing)
- Health & Wellness Coach Certification (Required)
- 4 – 6+ years of relevant, professional work experience, including coaching experience (Required)
- Additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Proven success in leadership roles (Preferred)
- Experience with: health coaching across modalities (face to face, telephonic, digital, etc.); motivational interviewing, active
listening skills, Transtheoretical Model, and other evidence-based coaching techniques (Required) - Ability to facilitate educational sessions, both in person and via technology modalities (Required)
- Experience with wellness related areas such as stress, weight management, nutrition, physical activity or health lifestyle
behavior change; and facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change (Required) - Effective communications skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal); ability to deliver content in an engaging way (Required)
- Bilingual Spanish, simplified Chinese or other language skills (Preferred)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.); online documentation platforms; and remote technology
(Smartphone, wireless laptop, virtual conference tools, etc.) (Required) - Strong prioritizing, time management, organizational, and problem solving skills (Required)
- Willingness and ability to accommodate flexible scheduling, including off shift hour; and travel to worksites, as needed (Required)

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
