Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Instructional Design certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ relevant work experience, including 2 – 3 years as an instructional designer or eLearning developer required
  • Experience developing eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or Captivate required
  • Expert level command of course authoring tools, specifically Storyline 360, and course development methodologies required
  • Proven experience developing storyboards in Storyline 360, using Articulate Review, and preparing scripts required
  • Experience with learning management systems required
  • Strong visual/graphic design skills with experience in applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required
  • Ability to plan and develop learning objectives and course materials, maintain accurate documentation and statistical data, and provide follow-up evaluation required
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models required
  • Outstanding ability to effectively communicate (verbal, written, presentation) to all audiences, using proper grammar, syntax, spelling, etc.; and in both verbal and written communication and records required
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks with competing objectives, priority levels, and deadlines; and to develop and adhere to time schedules in order to meet project deadlines and to sequence activities logically required
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and assignments accurately within a set time frame and to function under stressful situations, in a calm and rational manner required
  • Proficient in MSOffice applications, (word processing, database/spreadsheet, and presentation) required
  • Ability to work effectively with wide range of audiences under training project and ad hoc conditions required
  • Experience with healthcare preferred
  • Knowledge of training and documentation through education or equivalent work experience preferred
