Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance/Economics and Systems or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of previous experience in Financial Systems and FP&A, preferably supporting strategic initiatives
  • Serves as a trusted partner to enable growth, drive efficiencies and earnings across a matrix environment
  • Proven track record of business partner interactions that lead to shaping strategy and achieving goals   
  • Strong analytical skills with solid foundation in mathematical and system environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong, independent decision-making ability and negotiation skills
  • PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Cognos, Tableau experience (or equivalent platforms)
  • Understanding of statutory reporting
