Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related/equivalent field required, advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience required
  • 8+ years of employment branding and recruitment marketing experience required
  • 2+ years of building talent acquisition strategies, issue spotting and solving required
  • 2+ years employment branding: especially post-merger/acquisition/creation of enterprise required
  • Proven success and strategic experience engaging and building trust with partners required
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical required
  • Demonstrated aptitude of communicating clearly and effectively to upper management across all departments required
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, including presentation and creative design required
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills required
  • Must demonstrate EmblemHealth values and strong belief in the Company’s mission required
  • Ability to be agile and work in a fast paced, growing, changing environment required
  • Ability to think end to end for purposes of strengthening the employer branding throughout the lifecycle of the employee required
  • Ability to act as a change agent; to operate with urgency; and to challenge the status quo required
  • Strong team player, leader, self-starter and positive catalyst who can manage and motivate a direct or matrix team required
  • Detail orientation with strong organization and prioritization skills required
  • Familiarity with all marketing tactics as well as an ability to report out results and return on investments required
