Creative Director
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field required or bachelor Fine Arts in communications design
- Eight to ten years’ work-related experience, including a minimum of five years of design experience required
- Portfolio must demonstrate ability to:
- Strong conceptual ability and excellent design sensibility required
- Translate complex, abstract, and disorganized information into compelling creative concepts required
- Take fresh design approaches while showing an understanding/respect for specific audience and business objectives required
- Work in a variety of design formats for both print (including but not limited to direct mail) as well as web required
- Experience creating for diverse audiences crafting B2B and B2C communications, marketing or advertising required
- Understanding of translation into other languages impact on design and communication required
- Knowledge and experience with traditional design and emerging digital and video experiences required
- Experience in the development logos, campaigns required
- Expertise in Mac OSX platform, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat a must). Comfortable with retouching and altering photographs, and/or creating illustrations
- Proven ability to inspire and effectively lead a team through multiple ongoing projects with tight deadlines required
- Strong client-focused orientation and business relationship skills required
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, including presentation and creative design required
- Ability to act as a change agent; to operate with urgency; and to challenge the status quo required
- Strong team player, leader, self-starter and positive catalyst required
