Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years claims processing background and/or minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience preferably in medical claims billing environment.

  • Some college preferred.

  • Must be computer literate and have ability to enter data into computer system with speed and accuracy.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills in a changing environment.

  • Must be able to demonstrate time management and strong organizational skills.

  • Internal candidates must be consistently meeting or exceeding production, quality and attendance standards.

  • Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Problem Solving, Organizing, Functional/Technical Skills, Written Communications.
