Provide confidential administrative support and assistance to the department and support the department in all aspects of daily project operations.  Perform in-person member visits in the community setting, such as hospitals, in order to introduce Care Management Programs and validate member contact information.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform case building, benefit validation and member telephonic outreach for program enrollment.
  • Conduct member visits in community locations such as hospital sites to enroll members in care management programs and validate member contact information.
  • Provide ACD phone management for both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Provide coverage, Care Management support and administrative duties for the department.  
  • Schedule member appointments with Care managers in Outlook.
  • Create, interpret, review, edit and organize departmental audits, reports and job aids.  
  • Identify and communicate relevant documents to the appropriate department(s).  
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness and timeliness for submission to the appropriate project committees or work teams.
  • Assists in the development of program and project plans, tracking and management of projects and departmental activities to schedule and cost.
Qualifications:
  • PC literate and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database programs, presentation programs and good typing skills required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Administration and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills required
  • Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in health care and/or regulatory related environment required
